Although I still haven’t taken before and after pics…I weighed in this morning at 148.8lbs - So I’ve lost about 2.5lbs this week. I have caved in a couple of times and had not-so-good meals (wings and cheese-sticks today….thanks Becky!) ;) but overall I have been doing good.

I will start the exercise part of my diet next week.
