Talon – He started 5th grade 2 weeks ago at a new school..and he is really seeming to enjoy it. He is making friends at school and on the bus (he rides the bus home every day) and I a really pleased with the school so far.

He did well on his EOG’s (which we were worried about) and happily made it into 5th grade

Tayah – She started Kindergarten last week and she just loves it so much!  She has a wonderful teacher and is making lots of friends. She rides the bus home with her brother every day and loves that too. This week has been her first full week and she is very tired every night (cranky) but is still doing well. She loves playing with her brothers and is becoming a great helper around the house.

Kyne – My big 3 year old…he is still so precious, but getting more and more cheeky/naughty at the months pass When he’s with his brother (RJ) they are little terrors and cause so much havoc. I can’t wait for him to get back into preschool in August. He can’t wait either

RJ – My little trouble maker…he is adorable, but likes the naughty life! – He turns 2 next month (amazing) and is so smart, strong and funny. He is the most loving (hugging and kissing) of our kids and really enjoys mommy and daddy time still. He isn’t potty trained yet, but we work on it. He can poop and pee on there, and often does…but I am not consistent yet. He is also starting preschool in August, which will be a huge adjustment for him…he is a momma’s boy and I know it’s going to be difficult…but worth it in the end.

Kitchen and foyer. The foyer is actually one of my favorite parts of the house. Who knew a large, formal foyer could be so loved We’re getting a salt-water fish tank this week from Crit and it’s going in the foyer. We plan to get a ‘Nemo’ fish first

Kyne is almost 22 months old (1/29) and Rhys just turned 5 months old (1/21). They both wear a size 3 diaper! - How funny is that?!?!

For the record, Rhys weighs just over 15lbs and Kyne was 21lb 11oz 2 weeks ago…

We had a lovely time trick or’ treating this year. Kyne and Phoenix enjoyed it a lot more than last year and Tayah looked like a proper little princess in her Cinderella costume. Talon wore his "Venom" costume from Spiderman, Kyne was a dragon and Phoenix was a pirate. Rhys wore a bright orange one-piece romper….but it was kinda cold so he was covered up in the stroller the whole time…..(can we say waste of $?)

Another Halloween to remember!

Here is Kyne and Rhys in the bath at the same age-

I suppose there are similarities, but I think they look very different. I think they all have the same eye shape though! Rhys looks the most like me for sure.

Nothing new to report…..1lb weight gain (I blame the swelling!) and everything else looks great. I had a bunch of questions that were answered, mostly about labor and delivery. I think we are pretty much ready now….the wait is on. I am hoping he comes 1 week before mum gets here, that way R will be home with us for the week (hopefully) and then mum will be here for almost 2 weeks. I think I won’t have a breakdown if it goes that way! I have had some intense cramps these last couple of days, nothing consistent or anything….but it sure is annoying.

This weekend we have to sort our yard out….it is a total mess. It’s rained a lot this year so far (compared to last year) and the weeds have taken over. I am going to take some before photos in a bit and then will take after ones once we are finished.

I knew I would…I just had a feeling. It was the non-fasting one (I have done one of each) and I ate about 45 mins before taking the drink (bagel and strawberries….probably not the best things to eat, but it said on the sheet to eat what you normally would).

Now I have to go do the 3hr one and I am not pleased! I really doubt I have GD (gestational diabetes) so I think it’s a real waste of my time! - I have to fast before this one (12 hours before), have my blood drawn when I get there then drink the juice and have it taken every hour after….not leaving the lab! How annoying.

The normal range is 65-139 and mine was 152….

Ugh.

Also our anniversary! (3 years).

Weight was good according to my Dr (not to me though), I am up 10lbs total now but 8 of that is this last month alone. I had to do the glucose test for diabetes….the drink was fine, but I did feel so nauseous afterwards. My Dr said we had to go get something to eat asap or I would be quite ill. Baby measured good and heartbeat was good. BP 106/60.
